Some cars have such power, presence and sheer energy that they are simply too much for standard accessories. Thats why Cargraphic has developed the distinctive three-piece I-10 for the likes of the Bentley Continental, Range Rover and Aston Martin Vantage V8. Its 100 per cent made in Germany and comes with a massive spoke formation from 19 to 22" sizes. The form, material and craft ensure that the I-10 supports the ultimate load of up to 950kg/wheel and provides unbeatable performance. The I-10 cleverly avoids spokes that narrow towards the centre that merely look stiff. So despite its bulky appearance, this wheel is all about dynamic ability achieved through Cargraphics unerring light construction philosophy. Special milling bags used to create the rotation-forged wheel star make sure the weight is saved in the right places, but the composition contributes towards the robust finish, too. The star is brought to room temperature slowly after forging, using a special oven, and this heat treatment makes the alloy more elastic and resilient. The reinforced alloy inner rim and polished stainless steel outer rim are joined by hand in the company facility in Landau. Thats how to make a three-piece light metal wheel that comes with just as much character as the car itself: careful finishing.
